I am a big fan of motosport, especially Formula One, so I thought for my next poster design I would indulge myself and create a poster from the 60s. Why the 60s and not a modern day Formula One poster? Drivers such as Jack Bradham, John Surtees, Sir Jackie Stewart, and Sir Stirling Moss just to name a few of the great drives from that period. Although I did not get into the sport until the late 70s and 80s, the 60s witnessed extreme highs and lows, as many of the great divers lost their friends on the racetrack. This is why I called the poster "The Days of Glory" as tribute to the those driver that raced for glory and paid the ultimate price. I hope that I have captured the essence and feel of the 1960s with this design.

Side Note: 15 drivers died in the 1950s; 14 in the 1960s; 12 in the 1970s; four in the 1980s; and two in the 1990s.
